FRASER VALLEY MARINE SOCIETY

The Fraser Valley Marine Society is a registered charity with the sole purpose to fund and augment the activities of Canadian Coast Guard Auixiliary – Pacific Unit 102 (Fraser Valley).  Funds are raised through charitable donations from community organizations, individuals and corporations.  With this support the Unit could not supply the tools and vital education required to enhance boating safety.

The Society is run by a group of dedicated volunteers headed by a Board of Directors.  The current Board is comprised of the following individuals:

As an all-volunteer organization the CCGA-P is dedicated to boating safety awareness and marine search and rescue. Our local volunteer group, Unit 102 Fraser Valley, operates as a boating safety unit providing boating safety education and awareness to the general public.  We are 16 volunteers strong and growing. These volunteers freely donate their time and expertise to promote boating safety throughout the communities of the Fraser Valley.
