Members of  the Fraser Valley Marine Society will be at Tradex March 6,7,8 .We will be settting up our display and providing information about boating safety. Be sure to bring the kids by to see Putka the safety Bear.                                                                     

                                                   Emergency Planning Committee

On Dec. 22 members of the Canadian Coast Gaurd Auxiliary Pacific were invited to meet with Ian Fitzpatrick, Assistant Fire Chief of the District of Mission to explore the possibility of Unit 102 of the C.C.G.A.-P participating on the Emergency Planning Committee.

After discussing the options with Chief Fitzpatrick, it was determined that our members would best be suited to help support the members of the emergency planning amateur radio team.

Mark your calendars:  December 5th: The Parade starts at 7:30pm.

 Come join the fun, with  members of the Fraser Valley Marine Society and the volunteers of the Canadian  Coast Gaurd Auxiliary Pacific Boating  Safety Unit 102.

We will be participating with other   members of the community in the Mission City Candlelight Parade. You’ll see Putka, the Safety Bear and our Community Events’ Trailer will be decorated for the parade.
